make it simple guys.. based on my experience.. first and last gout i experienced was 2 years ago..that was the most painful inflammation i ever experienced.. i tried some medicines, ointment but they were just for temporary relief.. i did a lot of readings and research why uric formed in joints.. its because our blood no longer have the capacity to break the uric crystals from the food we intake.. if you dont have ilness like kidney problem... usually that is just the case, the blood could not break the uric crystals and dump it with our urine or stool.. it means our blood lacks alcaline already.. and thats what i did to restore alcaline in my blood, goodness did not get gout for 2 years now... and now ican eat sweets, sardines, red meats and tuna again..... just drink a glass of water with a 1 to 2 tbps of apple cider vinegar, if you can add a pinch of baking soda much better.. not too much of baking soda because it has high sodium, just a pinch... do it as habbit everyday right after you get up from bed and you will be back into dancing again hehe.. dont worry about the acid from apple cider its good acid and will even kill some bad bacteria in your stomach and will flush out the fats sticking in the liver and lungs. Hi doc.. Share ko lang po. One month ago, I was diagnosed with hyperurecemia and was put on allopurinol for 1 month. After a month of taking allo, my uric acid level came back to normal. Is it okay if I now stop the allo or still take it? My doc told me not to stop dw cause it can lead to kidney stones if napabayaan. In my part, as much as possible, ayoko muna mag maintain... By the way, I'm 37 y.o. doc. Is it possible to stop the allo? Pls make pansin of my comment doc. Thank you!

you can only take allopurinol when your foot is not swelling po dba? or masakit?

Dr. Mike my uric acid was high last year with bld. test my Dr. prescribed me Febuxostat 40 mgs OD for 6 months after 3 months I checked again it’s elevated again by 2 mgs do you think my Dr. will change to Alluperinol…now I’m on veggie diet to observe for 1 month….inspite of high uric acid I don’t feel any pain…

DR. Manio, my 1st time to listen to you. mostly when gout attack me it usually on my big toes, a friend mentioned about black cherry juice, drink as much as you want, it does helped me.
