Nice doors, but Impossible to insert the screw covers in position, does anybody have a trick for that ?

So after I got it installed the door that closes inside has gap between shower pan and plastic that's on shower door on bottom,I am worried it will leak

It’s the door so heavy ! It’s hard to install
