If possible, can you make a video on what kind of difficulties you have faced for the past few years (having closed your hotel business) and how you overcame this? According to over India purans we have a lot of healthy food items (i.e., both veg & non-veg) most of them are lost in time. My request is that is there any chance to make that old traditioned food items that we can replicate over selves. If you can start a session it will be very helpful for those who are really into it.
