●1 raw mango
●3 tbsp mint leaves
●¼ cup sugar
●½ tsp cardamom powder
●½ tsp cumin powder
●½ tsp pepper powder
●1 tsp black salt
●Water
◆◆Aam panna◆◆
● in a pressure cooker take 1 raw mango and pour 2 cup water.
● Cover and pressure cook on a medium flame for 2 whistles or until mango are cooked well.
Cool completely, and peel the skin of the mango.
● Then scrape the pulp of mango making sure the skin has separated.
● Transfer the mango pulp into the mixture jar, then add mint leaves, sugar cardamom powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and black salt. Grind it.
aam panna concentrate is ready.
● now in a glass, add some ice cubes, 1-2 tbsp aam panna concentrate and ice cold water. Mix well.
◆◆Cooking Instructions◆◆
● Firstly wash and peel raw mangoes and in a pressure cooker take 1 raw mango and pour 2 cup water. cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles or until mango are cooked well.
● Cool completely, and chopped boiled mangoes.
● Now in a blender add chopped boiled mangoes, mint leaves, sugar, salt,black salt, pepper powder, cumin powder blend it well and make a smooth paste.
● Aam panna concentrate is ready.
● To serve, in a tall glass take a tbsp of aam panna concentrate and add few ice cubes and cold water and mix it well.
● Finally, enjoy aam panna garnished with fresh mint leaves
● Serve and enjoy chilled aam panna or raw mango sharbat.
