Applications are to be made online at on the IITD website> Admissions> PG Admissions . The Applications Open on 1 March 2024.

Hi, can this master's degree be done through correspondence or is it only a full-time, attending the college? Also is there any age limit to it?

It is a full time program. There is no age limit mentioned in the eligibility criteria on the official website.

Hello sir /Ma’am , is there anyway to make changes in the form,I’ve made a mistake, I chose my qualifying discipline sociology because I couldn’t find English (while I’m an English graduate) now while going through sample questions I find that there’s literature which I should I chose bck than while filling up the form instead of sociology which I have no idea about it,now it’ll be so much difficult to give exam for which I rarely have the knowledge

Will students of this program be allowed in any sort of placement activities?

According to IIT Delhi's officials in an online open-discussion about this program held on 16 March 2024, they mentioned there is a centralized placement cell for all the programs (BTech, MTech, MBA, MA, MPP, MSc, PhD etc.) for conducting placement activities.

Not given gate exam. How do I proceed further?

You can apply without mentioning GATE details.

There is not enough information on the website. They should have posted the date of MA CST exam and the syllabus so that we can prepare beforehand. Do you have any detailed idea about it ?

IIT-Delhi is organizing an open house discussion online on 15th March 2024 where you can ask questions directly to the Professors and other Faculty of this program , you can register for the open house from official website hss.iitd.ac.in/macst
