Who is controlling the bureaucracy ?? Your country's political leaders go and ask them its their is corruption the political pimps are the reason.

Listening to the assistant collector felt like listening to a school child talk about "how to save a child who fell in the water".. I have lost all faith in the bureaucracy of this nation.. These people just by heart and vomit in the civil services examination.. There are so many extremely talented kids out there who are rejected by the UPSC because they are not "diplomatic" during the interview and speak the truth rather than sugar coat things to make the UPSC panel happy.. It is high time we got rid of this stupid examination that doesn't test the true administrative capacities of a person and introduced a more scientific method to choose bureaucracy. Just imagine someone like Pooja Khedkar did well for her ethics paper in the civil service examination and even made it through the interview round.. Just goes to show how useless the civil service examination is at selecting good candidates. We also have the most corrupt bureaucracy in the world among big nations according to Transparency international.. pathetic.. ..
