This is supposedly the easiest and uncomplicated way to make a delicious mutton curry. Time is the criterion and hence it is essential to please even the laziest. I made is today in time to serve lunch. I also used bay leaves to add flavor. Thank you very much.

Nice recipe. I made it but did a few alterations. Did not use lemon juice. Added more chili powder. Added one red chili when frying onion. Add cumin powder along with spices for gravy. Used coconut oil. Thanks for your guidance everyone liked the curry. 🙏

Hi Shaan. Tried this recipe today. I think the spice amounts suggested are high, the curry was too spicy, in spite of my skipping the final pepper powder. My family has a high tolerance for spicy food, but this needed a yoghurt dessert post meal!
