Thanks I am looking for this same bayonet. I had the same on my Webbing in 1983 unofficially, while serving as an infantry soldier in Australian, I carried as a knife. but a carried an FAL SLR LIA1. I got it from a surplus store, I always thought it a cheap copy. The leather didn’t weather well. But look for another for nostalgia.

I've got a M3 trench knife with made in Japan, surgical steel, Parker Brothers, Chattanooga, TN markings. Came with same scabbard as yours. Think I got it from SMKW years ago. I like it tons better than the made in china M3 I got last year.
