Non of this worked for me., nor did the instructions that came with the unit, or the updated instructions I found on the DJI site. I had to download the DJI Assistant App from DJI Downloads, and the connect my Mobile Station to my laptop with a USB cable. The DJI Assistant app immediately recognized the RTK Mobile Station and allowed me to activate it and install the latest Firmware. After the firmware was updated then steps in the video worked. Only wasted 4 hours...

According to the video, for a specific job, the devices are linked without doing anything at the DRTK2 station. Is what I'm saying correct? Can this device control the plane even if there are jamming devices in the area where you are flying?
