@@Bususy No we keep them around to run tests eventually and run more comparison videos. Besides, these are still solid laptops so making further reviews is definitely worth it for you guys. Im sure theres a lot of people wondering if they should still buy a refurb M1 Pro for example.

I upgraded to the m3 pro, have in mind I come from a MacBook Air m1 2020 and the change is out of this world, workflows, speed, cameras, speakers, performance this thing makes me feel more productive by the second😅

I used to think I might need a Razor Blade 14 because the matte black appearance is so cool and it looks like M1 MBP. Now I can just go for a black MBP.

I really respect the advancements with Apple Silicone within such a short period. However, having an M1 Pro system currently, I would say I wouldn’t upgrade. The day Macs have GPU performance that outruns Nividia and AMD, that is the day I will finally decide to upgrade. But, as of now the GPU capabilities even though improved is not comparable to that in Custom PC builds or high end windows Laptops.

came from windows to the mac 16 inch pro M3 Pro. Having an iphone and apple watch i think i may never go back to windows haha, 100% worth it. I mainly use it for music production and the experience has been amazing so far. All my friends tell me to build a pc and its more bang for the buck. But with me using the mac I can use it for both desktop and on the go. Battery on this thing is AMAZING, can produce/DJ wherever I please. If you're thinking about either building a PC, or getting a laptop this is the best of both worlds. I can run all sorts of plug ins on FL studio and this thing never lags... compared to my old ASUS gaming laptop. I feel like with windows, if you want the power house working machine, you sacrifice battery. Mac is the best of both worlds. Now go get yourself a MAC BOOK PRO!

Thanks for going in depth on this! With Apple announcing the M3, I'm just trying to get the best one. Basically, I do a lot of video & photo editing, and I'm trying to decide what all I should grab to help elevate my skills.

IDK why but lately silver has been a very sexy color to me. I upgraded to M2 14" MacBook Pro in Silver, coming from a space gray MacBook. I used to get crazy over the space gray but idk why now I'm leaning more towards the silver color. I'm still as amazed looking at my Silver MacBook Pro now as the first time I got it.

I don’t get this obsession of dark black colours. They’re just too common for people and honestly boring. Space grey gets a pass as it’s not too dark and in the middle.

Great review! I understand not needing to upgrade if you're coming from another M chip MacBook, however comma BUT! I still have an intel based MacBook pro so i've been wanting to upgrade, and i love the black color. I know the M3 Pro is technically a downgrade from the M2 pro... but I don't have M3 Max money and my 2018 intel model is starting to show its age. hopefully I can get myself a BlacBook Pro for christmas this year haha

Great video andres, For a backend developer which MacBook do you recommend, assuming I’ll not be planning to upgrade in next 5-6 years. This MacBook will be used for personal learning/growth projects, not like a work laptop. Thank you once again !

I still have a late 2019 macbook pro with the i7 6 core, thinking about upgrading finally to the m chips! I do a lot photography editing and light video work on premiere and my current set up cannot handle 4k lol. Would the base M3 model be fine for my needs or should upgrade to M3 pro? Curious what you used to spray on the MBP and wiped away? As someone who is contemplating getting the space black color but is also pretty anal with fingerprints and smudges, I don’t think it smudges or retains fingerprints as much as the midnight air, I just got one and it’s pretty bad. Trying it out in the store (the space black) didn’t show nearly as much.

Since i never had a macbook before, i decided to learn about the new m3 macbooks. Do you have a recommendation of which chip i should get? M3? M3 Pro Macbook pro?

m1 mba still the most impressive bang for the buck laptop to release in the past…i don’t know, maybe ever…especially considering it’s still all the power 95% of people need

I think fingerprints are an issue because the inside of the laptop is not coated with the same ionized coating as the exterior of the laptop

Macbook Pro 14' is well suited for travelers really, it is simply portable and not that heavy.

I’ve never had a more difficult year to try and choose which laptop to get, I love the Air, I love the Pro and I love the Max. I’m looking at my workflow and thinking, well I’m trying to learn Blender, I’m using Photoshop/illustrator for extremely large files, billboards, I’m thinking of getting more into FCP but will I, the machine I use at the moment is very old indeed, intel based and I want so much to learn more, I don’t want to limit myself. Oh dear, decisions decisions. I was looking at a maxed out Air 24/2tb a Pro 12/18 with 36/2tb or a Max 16/40 with 64/2tb each one about £1000 more expensive than the one before

I'm torn between the M3 16" MBP and the 15" MBA. The M3 is more appealing size wise and with the colour and ports but the only thing is i'm not gonna use all that power in coding and surfing the internet and watching videos.

Some times I think are you really mad for tech, how can you buy every MacBook 😂 But Your video is always awesome 🎉

Since the release of the 1st M1 Chip, how long does it take the need to upgrade to the newer M Chips? I don’t think it’s logical to buy a Mac every year. I mean, Obviously, the improvement from the previous chips will be not much. So, Does M1 not capable anymore to this current year? Because I think the only people will buy the newer ones are the ones who will upgrade to their 4-5 years old Macs. I think some are still on Intel Macs.
