Your problem is that you see everything in terms of tutsi vs "bantu". This is false ideology. Things can change. Look how politics in Kenya has changed from tribal to generational. All Gen Z kenyans from all tribes have revolted against the older generation. Basically all people from all tribes desire the same things: peace, prosperity and a future for their children. These Hutu form the majority, over 85%, of the people of Rwanda.
