I’ve upgraded the mount to a stronger single piece design since this video. If you’re worried about it jumping out of place I think the simplest solution would be a bungee or piece of velcro around any of the parts

I think the nail notch was designed as a quick way to mount your lamp while being used on the jobsite without needing a mount......

Ok… and? I keep my light in a central location for emergency situations and many customers have similar setups. My dislike of the insecure nail notch still stands.
