Heyy my left ear bud was having a very low volume..other was in good condition..but today both is having low volume even when the blutooth volume in device is high What can i do for this?? Is my headphones in a bad condition or what Please reply in English

Hey don't worry do one thing clean your both earbuds perfectly then forget or unpair your earbuds from the mobile Bluetooth then turn off the Bluetooth then place your finger on the earbuds touch and hold for 5 seconds then earbuds will be off. after 10 seconds again press the touch and hold for 25 seconds then release. after 5 second turn onn Bluetooth and connect your device. Play music and full the volume of your phone then do fastly 3 taps on your right earbuds for 5 times. after this process your problem will be solved 🙂

Jab case ke andar dono buds rakha jata hain tabh automatic charge nahi hota hain aur red lights bhi show nahi karti..Jab current se connect karte hain tabh charge hoti hain even plug nikal ne ke bad bhi tabh charging display mein show karti hain but,it is not chargin automatically when i keep it on the box i have to connect it with current aur light bhi jalti hai..Plz help me

Bro, first connect your only left earbud to the mobile phone and put right earbud in the case and check you left bud is working or not. First if your left earbud is not working so it's mean battery problem. 2nd if your bud is working so it's means your earbuds are ok but both are not connected properly together. So I already make videos on connectivity problem so watch that video and apply the solution after thay your problem will be solved 🙂

Bhai first time slow ki jaga maximum 10W ka charger use karo agar nahi hay to 5W ka use karo or 2 hours Tak charge par laga kar rakho display khud onn hojayga agar phir bhi na ho to product may koi problem hay ussay replace karwa lena. Bro open the right earbud and check the battery wires then battery volts if volts less then 3.7V after full charge so you need to change it. After that, your right earbud will work like new 🙂

Bro check battery condition of your left earbud. Open the earbud and check battery wires then battery volts if volts 3.7V so it's ok but if the volts is less so you need to change the battery. After that, your left earbud will work like new.🙂
