@@fyruztaowshi2877 by the lyrics it's about someone who they lost or someone who they think they are going to lose. The lyrics talk about someone holding them for comfort and that they're scared of losing them, they wouldn't know what to do if they lost them. At the end of the lyrics, it says "in the silence when no one answers, I still hear your voice" Meaning if the person they're talking about is not physically there anymore, no matter what situation that they'll still be there if it's physically or in spirit. It connects with the drama as well, because the main characters are always reminded of someone who they lost or afraid to lose, and when they sit in silence they begun to feel like someone is there to comfort them.

this drama is not just a love story of two people who are both broken BUT this kdrama is the story of all of us. We are Gang Tae and Mun Yeong at times. We are them in a way that only us will understand. More on feeling sad and always crying because of the scenes, they are teaching us something else. They are making us feel that what we are feeling is valid. It is okay to not be okay at times. We dont have to keep it inside. You are not alone in this world. Someone, somewhere is feeling what you are feeling right now. Hold on to that little hope. You matter. Hi, to you who is reading right now I just want to say that I am proud of you for choosing to fight and live everyday. Just keep swimming. If you feel tired, rest. It is okay to breathe, it is okay to feel sad. No one will blame you.

Everything about the series(including this ost) literally touches your heart. I cried a lot while watching the series and I couldn't get enough of this. As an European really tired of American and British series, I feel free to say that "It's ok not to be ok" is a masterpiece. After this, I watched "Emily in Paris" and I felt like I was eating a food with no taste, no odour, no color. I think that's the Asian Netflix effect: once you start watching them, you can't go back haha :))

this song is so gorgeously compatible with the drama.......the scene where kang tae reads the zombie child and cries over how it resembles the relationship with his mother is heartbreaking yet beautiful. what a masterpiece of a drama.

I watched kdramas for years and I never cried when watching kdrama. But this drama hit different really. I cried at that scene. Without realise.

I think that this series is better than the series The Queen of Tears because of the amount of emotions, it is very beautiful and also the artist was creative in this movie. 🌹👏

WhenI feel anxiety, instead of getting upset, I listen to this and allow myself to cry. Let those tears fall down and drop the inner pressure. Don't judge yourself if you feel bad, it shall pass in the end. I hope anyone struggling with anxiety feel at peace. Take good care of yourself

@@zinartjonah4217 okay i will gladly recommend you some here:start up,iteawon class,tale of nine tailed fox,vincenzo,lawless lawyer (same actress of it's okay not to be okay),at a distance spring is green. So the first two are about starting a business and facing hard ships but they are both very different they don't have the same story and it also contains romance,the third one is a fantasy mysterie romance,and the last two are about law and corrupt people.(i'm not the best at explaining but all of these are highly recommeded they have such good plots and after watching these you can always comme back for some more recommendation😊)

This series is next level. No K-Drama comes close to it's maturity and message. It's not my favorite K-Drama, but, I have to admit, it is probably by far the best.

These lessons from "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" resonate with themes of mental health awareness, empathy, and personal growth, offering valuable insights into the complexities of human emotions and relationships.

All the OST in this drama are gems. It fits perfectly with the scene and gives this nostalgic feeling. It's been a while since i fell in love with all the ost in drama. Usually I only like one or two songs from one drama but IONTBO is different.

Sometimes when we are kids, sons and daughters, we don't appreciate enough the hardwork our parents do for us, sometimes we only see the bad things and eclipse the good ones, thinking they doesn't exist, but then, if we pay attention we will see everything they do for us, they die everyday to make us happier. And in the case of the drama, i was like kang tae, thinking my mom left me apart for my little brother but it wasn't like that, i had to understand that she was taking care of a baby who need all the attention. but we must understand how difficult is for a parent, to have a child with autism, the most they need is someone who can understand the pressure, we need to be there for them as well.❤️💜💜

Whenever this song started playing in the drama I knew it was only a matter of seconds before I would start crying. It's okay to not be okay is a masterpiece, the actors were phenomenal

i cried blood at the last scene of 9th episode, everyone included in this drama got me speechless and impressed at how skillful they all are but sang tae and kangtae, they deserve a 15 minutes clap stand for how real-like their acting is

The leads pulled off an unbelievable chemistry without any awkward or cringey romance! Apart from romance, this drama has deep life lessons, and OST is pure obsession. It made me cry so, so hard, I was balling. I grew up with 3 other siblings and I was left out the most. I was the second child, my sister was the oldest and my moms favourite, my other brother had learning disabilities and was my dads favourite, and my youngest brother was the baby of the family. This really pained me when all the zombie kid wanted was to be held, because growing up with depression I was ignored by my family and all I wanted was someone there to hold me, and care for me but I was always so alone...

I'm glad that this drama exists and will exist in future. I never felt like the way I feel when I'm watching this drama, it feels like I can feel the every single emotion they are feeling. All of the casts portray their characters really well. It teaches us something in almost every single episode. If it isn't the best drama of 2020.....I don't know what to say..

Not everyone can understand the depth and message behind this drama. Its not a typical k drama. People who are actually dealing with life in similar manner while cry their hearts out watching this show. This drama is not to be watched, it needs to be felt. And the actors have done a brilliant job. I must say one of the best acting i hv actually seen.

This Drama chose very difficult topics and yet portrayed them with perfection ... Hats off to the entire team ... No other drama comes even close to it .. This is no fantasy where you are allowed to imagine and so have room for errors , this is real life drama ...

One of the best kdramas of all time. This drama had so many emotions, at time i was laughing hard, crying hard, feeling the love through the screen. Im so grateful for my friend who recommended me this drama. The OSTs are truly beautiful. So, i guess *its okay to not be okay* .

This drama had so much impact on me..the story and the osts and everything..ill never get over this drama..I remember watching every episode and being stunned..a feeling I can't explain it was a drama which related to each and every one of us the most memorable line was "in the end,did he want to satisfy his hunger or feel someone's warmth"

K Dramas are hands down the goddamn best drama creations. Each K Drama has its unique plot which attracts you towards it. this is the best drama i have watched...every emotions here are justified and fall into its place, no melodrama and no overacting just pure and accurate emotions and human nature is shown this drama...this drama talks about the mental health of a person...and it genuinely shows that its okay to be not okay

"Can you just tell me once you'll never leave me." hits hard

I really like how this drama is treating their OSTs. They give teasers one day before official release for engagement and the release of each OSTs are also very fitting with the drama’s pace. I hope, as a hardcore fan of OST tracks, more dramas in the future would treat their soundtracks this way.

Lost my Dad when I was 9, my life went to shit pretty much after that..I love my Mom and she tried her best to fit in the Role but I still feel empty. Here I found myself coming back to this song for the nth time.

I love all the episodes of this drama. But episode 4 is the most favorite one for me. I cried badly when gang-tae was reading that zombie story.

This drama's osts deserves a separate album and a chance to be performed in an exclusive drama concert If y'all get what I mean

Another masterpiece!.. I've watched Goblin and thats my fav. Kdrama but suddenly it change after i watch this ICONIC MASTERPIECE.. I'll download this drama and watch it again after 10 yrs...with my wife and kids in the future

This song heals me in so many ways...the soundtrack of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" is amazing!

The thing that we learn from this drama is there are many people in this world who commits crime and considered as evil by the society. Well you know what there is story behind the reason why those people creates hatred against humanity i.e lack of love, attention and appreciation. So, never ever betray the trust of anyone and don't hate them because of their attitude. It just required a small amount of love, attention and appreciation to turn a person from evil to best version of them because no matter what everyone in this world wants love, attention, support and appreciation only because we're blessed with so called emotions and if they totally lacks it they became the worst version of themselves

whenever there is a sad and tragic scene in the drama, the melody of this song starts and it hits you right the deepest corner of heart.

The drama’s OST makes me think this drama was made for more of an international audience in mind

Every scene had a meaning to it and I could just empathize with each one so deeply. Talking about their chemistry would be such an easy compliment, I'd rather mention how profound and honest are these two individuals to have performed with such sincere and intense conviction. Every scene, every dialogue, every ost is crafted with the precision of a master jeweler! So much respect and admiration for each one who has made a contribution in the making of this drama❤️

This drama was recommended by my friend idk abt k drama but she suggested me and now I started to understand tht even these are great ❤

I watched it 15 times its stil so warm.we all connect to this drama i wonder how the one who got idea to make this masterpiece also those actors and actress are full of emtions

This drama not only brought me to tears but taught me so much about not only myself but what to gain from achieving and going forward towards finding happiness. You can not be happy without overcoming your childish nightmares or your emotions that have been a suppressed for so long, I have been that way for so long that I found myself relating so much to Gang-Tae suppressing in order to be what is known as “fake happy” to be idle in the world and stay on a known track instead of choosing for myself. Gang-tae never putting himself first was my relation to him and I cried the most when he read zombie boy because deep down I had covered my emotions for so long I even longed to know what did I want from life was is warmth or hunger, is it love or contentment so many Ors that I still have yet to know. I thank this drama so much for helping me find sources to realize and take initiative to taking back what I want to be happiness. These characters and the plot was beautiful, the stories read and conceived were brilliant and I can’t imagine my sat/sun without them, imma miss this show so much but it will definitely be on my tops for dramas. I love this so much remember it’s okay to not be okay 🖤

Finally 'In Silence' is released! I click so fast! It's such a blessing that In Silence & Hallelujah is being released consecutively! A win for us all! ❤❤❤

Re-watched episode 7 last night because I needed to hear this song, I had a good cry and I felt better. Now they released the song and I'm crying again.

Never cried so hard watching a drama... the story of the little zombie looks like mine. My mother never once loved me and she just told me we should stay strangers. When mun yeong said "you're so warm", it hit really hard, because I'll never feel this. This drama is a masterpiece

who's still here in 2023😍😍these guys are great actors this is a masterpiece that will always be remembered in k - drama

When my mom passes away this will be the song I'll remember her by. She got into K-Drama and introduced me to the show this song appears in, great time.

I cried so much when this song played in the scenes of their childhood with his mom. 😭

This is a masterpiece. One of the best dramas I've seen.

Never going to forget this show.

This drama will forever be my fave! I remember waiting every week for a new ep and crying in every ep(esp ep 4 that hit hard) I know theres no need for a s2 but if there is id be really happy! This OST is my favorite it really hits hard!

어느 작은 마을에 한 사내아이가 태어났어. 피부는 창백하고 눈동자가 아주 큰 아이였지. 아이가 크면서 엄마는 자연스럽게 알게 됐어. 이 아이는 감정이 전혀 없고 그저 식욕만 있는 좀비었다는걸. 그래서 엄마는 마을 사람들의 눈을 피해 아이를 지하실에 가두고는 밤마다 남의 집 가축을 훔쳐서 먹이를 주며 몰래 키웠어. 하루는 닭을, 하루는 돼지를 그렇게 여러 해가 지나 어느 날 마을에 역병이 돌아서 남은 가축들이 다 죽고 사람들도 많이 죽어. 그나마 산 사람들은 마을을 다 떠나버렸지. 아들만 두고 떠날 수 없던 엄마는 결국 배고파 우는 아이에게 자신의 다리 한쪽을 잘라주고 다음엔 팔 한 쪽을 잘라주고 그렇게 다 주고 몸통만 남아서는 마지막으로 아이의 품속에 들어가 자기의 남은 몸을 맡기지. 몸통만 남은 엄마를 아이가 양 팔로 꽉 끌어안으며 처음으로 한 마디를 해. "엄마는.. 참.. 따뜻하구나..." 아이가 원한 건 먹이였을까, 엄마의 온기였을까?
