Maruti cars are criticised for less safety and poor quality of materials used.but one reason why maruti cars sells in lakhs is reliability.Toyota being no 1 in reliability maruti provides almost same kind of reliability at affordable prices.thats why even toyota uses maruti cars in the budget segment.
On the other hand brands like tata and mshindra produces cars with solid build quality but lacks reliability compared to maruti and that is where maruti wants to re emphasize.
Maruti introduced new warranty coverage which makes a good news for new car buyers
significant enhancements to its warranty programs for all its vehicles. Generally The standard warranty, which previously stood at two years or 40,000km,
But has been increased to a period of three years or one lakh km (whichever is earlier).
That is 1 year additional and 60k km extra at no extra cost as a standard.
This is not applicable for vehicles sold till july 9 .The enhanced standard warranty program will be applicable on all vehicles delivered from today, 9 July, 2024.
Additionally, the company has also expanded the scope of its extended warranty packages and has introduced an extended warranty option to cover the vehicle for a period of up to six years or 1.6 lakh km (whichever is earlier).
Notably, customers can now choose from three extended warranty packages called Platinum, Royal Platinum, and Solitaire. These packages platinum are applicable up to the fourth year or 1.2 lakh km, royal platinum the fifth year or 1.4 lakh km, and the solitaire sixth year or 1.6 lakh km (whichever is earlier), respectively.
All these programmes can be availed through any of Maruti's service centres in India. Notably, the extended warranty now covers 11 high-value parts which were earlier limited to the duration of the standard warranty. This not only shows the carmaker's trust in its engineering and product quality, but also its commitment to add exceptional value to its services.
So if you are planning to buy a maruti now you can cover peace of mind for 6 years or 1.6L km
The enhanced standard warranty provides long-lasting coverage for the engine, transmission, mechanical components, electrical and air conditioning systems excluding consumables. Customers will get access to free repairs at any of Maruti Suzuki's authorized service centres across the country throughout the warranty period.
Prices of these additional warranty depends on the model fuel type and variant discuss with your dealer for further details.

Maruti Suzuki Engine is the best. If they use in Mahindra & Tata since they have very good build quality. Then the customer will get reliability car with safety.
Everything is fine but if the bring build quality atleast to 4 star rating at the cost of 4 ot 5 kmpl low mileage, still they gonna rule the world but build matum paper vachi irukaga

@@dineshkrishnan6669 Brother 2018 TATA Tigor BS4 Gives be 21KM/L on highway 🛣️ Inside city I get 15KM/L (Coimbatore) Engine 🚂 of Maruti is best, but compare the build quality of TATA (Kerb weight) It is obvious the speed and pickup will be low when you think of weights. But it is TATA and Mahindra that forced Maruti to change their path. Accept that It came to situation where for the first 🥇 time we hear about the offer on Swift cars. I will be waiting to watch offers for Ertiga which didn't have offers till date. None can say that they are Kings
