@@NIYAS99 பயந்து கொள்ளவேண்டாம் சகோதரி. 5kg மேல் எடை தூக்காமல் அனைத்து வேலைகளும் சில மாதங்களுக்கு பின் செய்யலாம்.கை பயிற்சி தவறாமல் செய்யவேண்டும்.முன் போல் நலமாக வாழலாம் சகோதரி.வாழ்க வளமுடன்.
