Banks are valued on ROA , P/B and net NPA. Banks make money on loans which are in general over 10 years+ and mostly defaults happen in later stages. In coming years we will see men seperating themselves from boys. As an asset type China , India bfsi and India GSEC remains top 3 assets to be overweight on.

I don't understand why this person is given value. While m When market was on top he recommended to hold don't panic don't sell. Now we can see the portfolios are red but the major problem is whether they should hold or exit or book profits of some sat at the bottom
