Nice trick for preserve kothmir marcha પણ ડબ્બા મા ભરવા કરતા ice try માં cubes બનાવી ને પછી ડબ્બા મા k zipper bag માં frozen કરવા થી બધી પેસ્ટ વારેઘડીએ બહાર કાઢવી નહી પડે જરૂર પ્રમાણે cubes કાઢી ને 5 min પીગળવા દો એટલે વાપરી શકો... Very convenient to store and easy to use

I put my coriander in a jar w water and use as required keeps for two weeks Only the lowest part of the stem should be below water For chillies I grind put in ziploc and flatten into sheet and keep in freezer break off a little at a time for use I grind my ginger after washing and peeling it and store in small Tupperware boxes in the freezer Keeps for months
