Moru Curry recipe
Ingredients:
Wax gourd diced 2cup
water to cook 1-2 cup
Green chili 3-4 no's
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
grated coconut 1 cup
shallots 6-7 no's
cumin seed 1 tsp
fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
coconut oil 2 tbsp
curry leaves 2
whole dried red chili 2-3
curd 1/2 cup
