M puppies vom Seehain go to the wet

Today, the M-puppies from Seehain turn 6 weeks old. That means it's time to take the whole gang to the vet for examination, blood tests for genetic testing, and implantation of a microchip. It's the first time the puppies are outside their whelping box and the first time they're in a car. All the puppies found it very exciting to see everything new. The examination table and the weighing scale were popular, naturally because of the little treats (puppy food) that were there. The puppies now weigh an average of 3.5 kg and all were healthy. Packing up for the trip back home and sleep concluded this adventure.
Good to know:
To breed with a pedigree from SKG (Schweizeriche Kynologische Gesellschaft) according to FCI (Fédération Cynologique Internationale), we must conduct a DNA analysis for certain genetic diseases and traits. Since the parents have also been examined, we already know that this litter is genetically free from the bad genes. Collies from Seehain disclose all test results for all puppies on our website, and additionally, we require hip X-rays from the puppies at around one year of age, from all our puppy buyers . Here, too, we expect good values for the puppies due to the parents' perfect hips, elbows, and tail sections. In a few days, we'll be off again for the clinical eye examination, which is also expected to yield nothing but the parents' good genes.
