And I suppose singing in Italian never helped our cause, but traditionally it's the winner of the Sanremo festival that gets to go to Eurovision, and Sanremo's main rule is that the song has to be in Italian. Because it's the "Sanremo festival of Italian song". So I suppose that's an endemic handicap. All the more, I'm happy people are getting interested in the lyrics. Thank you for posting them

@@sweetestaphrodite Turkish government said that "Turkey won't take part in Eurovision if there are men who don't even know if they're women or men because of their clothes and makeup style" in 2013/2014 before the contest, making a reference to Conchita Wurst, so their last performance was in 2012 and they gave up participating. Despite lots of Turkish people want Turkey to come back because they see that reason stupid, Turkey has not returned yet (I've read it in a digital newspaper, idk everything about this, I'm from Spain)

I love them! The Eurovision Song Contest is such a nice way to find new bands/artists! I'm so glad they won, rock shall never die!! :) I truly wish my country had more of bands like this, almost every popular song here is rap or something in English that plays everywhere anyway. Them winning goes to show how much this kind of music is needed and appreciated!

@@farfallinoedits Nah it's fine, I'm from Germany :) We do have some great artists here who do similar music but it's not as popular and rarely in German as well. I hope Måneskin is paving the way for more of this music in the future
