Damiano is such a fun and chill guy. Although the story with that person grabbing him its very troubling - he had that effect on women since the xfactor when he got labeld as a sex symbol. But they need boundaries, touching people without their consent its not allowed.

I need the rest of this interview. It was great. And I'm one of those mid-50's people that loves all of them and would love to get a hug but would never, ever grab anything. The world is a crazy place. "You wanna touch my body? I say you're not allowed" is one of the best lyrics. He's telling that lady (and anyone else) to knock it off!

I legit don't get the mentality of someone who thinks someone being an entertainer is a free pass to grope them especially someone who is younger than them enough to be their kid.

I think he’s really conflicted about being the hot guy who everyone lusts after. Trending in milf zone great quote though! And very true. He does have a particular affect on older women who should know better.

@@sady953 Yeah I agree, like here this is told as kind of a «funny» crazy story and they're laughing about it.. but he did say it was sexual assault so he recognizes it which is already great cause we've brainwashed many ppl to not even see assaults on men as what they are And yeah, tbh I always thought it was a bit creepy how even at X Factor when he was barely eighteen they labelled him as a sex symbol liked by older women.. 😶 That probably does a number on a person. I hope they all feel safe though and I think they'll always have each other's backs at least (But yeah that quotee is iconic)

How the hell does he not know about how hard Italy was hit with Covid? It was worldwide news, they suffered incredible losses very early on in the pandemic, there were images of people singing to each other from balconies and medical staff collapsing with exhaustion. Italy suffered terribly. As someone from neither the US or from Europe, I am astounded and horrified at the ignorance of that question.

@@natashaavital8713 No, interviewers do not ask questions like that at all, that's an excuse, and not a particularly strong one; particularly when he was taken aback at the fact that they were in lockdown for an extended period. A good interviewer would frame the question in a considerate manner commensurate to the suffering, eg "We all know that sadly Italy were particularly hit hard by Covid, and consequently went into a hard lockdown for a substantial period of time, how were you personally and as musicians affected by such a tragedy and/or the lockdown?" Framing the question in such a manner would show knowledge of the event, empathy with the tragedy and still allow them the opportunity to answer the question.

The fact is, I think an interviewer need to prepare at his best to know the background of each question. If you are not sure, don't ask. I am really cool with it, but situation was so bad that many Italians just don't like to speak about it. I didn't feel is question too respectful. Even if, of course, everybody was touch by pandemia. Not only Italia.

Omfg I can't believe that he was sexually assaulted and some people don't even seem to bat an eye. So disappointed that the interviewer did not take a second to actaully ask Damiano how he was feeling or show any kind of concern, there were simply laughter as if Damiano actually hadn't just said that he had been fucking molested. Imagine if Damiano had been a woman, the double standard is utterly fucked up and I'm so fed up with people not understanding the severity of sexual assault no matter your gender.

What? They did a radio interview at the top of the Empire State building in NYC a while back, and she said they haven’t been in the states before. States refers to all 50 states, but their first language is not English, so it could have been a misunderstanding of English. She could have thought states just meant the state of California.

I took it to mean they haven't been to the states as a band and noted this interview was done in LA back a bit. He mentions the Gucci parade and stuff. Only Damiano and Ethan have ever visited before.
