【摩摩喳喳】婆婆的古早味料理| Bubur cha-cha
婆婆又來啦~今天分享一道婆婆很喜歡的甜品-摩摩喳喳!它是娘惹文化中具極強象征性的甜點之一,香濃的椰奶味配上豐富多元的配料,深受馬來西亞當地居民的喜愛。這道甜點不管是冷嘗或熱飲,都能讓你的味蕾折服於它 !
材料Ingredients:
-芋頭 yam
-紅薯 red sweet potato
-白薯red sweet potato
-金瓜 pumpkin
-斑斕葉 pandan leaves
-沙谷米 sago
-薯粉 tapioca starch
-椰漿 coconut
-糖 sugar
**全部食材可根據個人口味進行調整哦,喜歡椰漿的也可以放多一些,吃起來更香~**

By chance I came across your posting Hakka Moi. Your conversation with Po Po reminded me of my late mother. We are also Hakka but seldom have chance to speak Hakka now. @@II-ot5to 我去韓国杂货店買了紫番薯,橙番薯,椰奶是用罐头煮了。好味。有图片但send 不到。

So glad Popo had a chance to eat bubur cha cha! I have a question. You set aside some coconut milk to put over yr bowl of bubur. Must u boil this extra coconut milk? cant be eating it raw from the box, right?
