Fuqara means Faqeer Faqeer is one who is perfected in the way of Allah like the Awliyah Allah. Fuqara means poor , this to emphasise that the Sufis have nothing but Allah in their hearts. They are poor in this dunya because they have no contentment for this world. They enrich and pleasure them selves with Dhikr of Allah and sending Salawat in abundance hope this helps Insha Allah

ما لذَّةُ العيشِ إلّا صحبةُ الفقرا هم السلاطينُ والساداتُ والأمرا فاصحبهُم وتأدَّب في مجالسهِم وخلِّ حظَّك مهما خلّفوكَ ورا ولازِم الصمتَا الا إن سُئِلت فقُل لا علم عندي وكُن بالجهلِ مستتِرا وحُطّ رأسك واستغفر بلا سببٍ وقُم على قدم الإنصافِ معتذِرا ولا تَرَ العيب إلا فيك معتقداً***عيباً بدا بيِّناً لكنه استترا وقُل عبيدُكُم أولى بصفحِكمُ فامحوا وخُذوا بالرفقِ يا فقَرا قوم كرام الســجايا حيــث ما جلسـوا ... يبـقى المكـــان على آثارهم عـطرا أحــبـهـم وأداريــهــم وأوثــرهــم ... بـمـهجتي وخـصوصا مـنهم نـفرا I couldn't find the exact one as theres different variations
