材料：3个去骨鸡腿、1勺黄姜粉、1茶勺盐、1勺玉米淀粉、1勺辣椒糊、1个白洋葱、半个红椒、1把菜豆
1）把鸡腿去骨，加入1勺黄姜粉、1茶勺盐、1勺玉米淀粉、1勺辣椒糊抓均腌着15分钟
2）洋葱切圈、红辣椒&菜豆切小段
3）热锅热油，把鸡肉小火炸至金黄色捞出
4）锅留底油，把蔬菜炒至软，倒入炸好的炸鸡快速翻炒即可❤️
