M is for Mystical is the brand new book by Emma Mildon, written for "Mini Mystics" - kids (of all ages) curious about mystical things.
Emma, with the help of illustrator Sara Ugulotti, briefly explains different terms, names and practises that encourage mindfulness, peacefulness and calmness.
Together we look at:
A - Astrology
B - Breathwork
C - Crystals
But there is a different topic looked at for every letter of the alphabet!
