In my opinion, its an unwanted thing for normal people but wanted thing for ultra lazy people. ഒരു ഗേറ്റ് അടയ്ക്കാൻ പോലും മടി കാണിക്കുന്നവർ ഈ സാധനം ഏറ്റവും കൂൂടുതൽ യോജിക്കുന്നത് ഓഫീസുകൾക്കും corporate houses കൾക്കുമായിരിക്കും, അവിടെ നിരന്തരം വാഹനങ്ങൾ വന്നു പോകുമ്പോൾ, സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഗാർഡിന് പകരം ഇത്തരമൊരണ്ണം മതിയാകും. അല്ലാതെ, നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിലെ വീടുകൾക്കെല്ലാം ഇതൊരു പൊങ്ങച്ചമായാണ് എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത്. ഇതു fix ചെയ്യാൻ മറ്റൊരു sensor കൂടി പിടിപ്പിക്കണ്ട ആവശ്യമില്ല. പകരം ഇപ്പോൾ ഇരിക്കുന്ന sensor sliding ഗേറ്റിന്റെ അര അടി അടുത്ത് പിടിപ്പിക്കുക. ഇതുപോലെ അല്ല പിടിപ്പിക്കണ്ടത്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് കമ്പനികൾ ഒറ്റ sensor നൽകുന്നത്. കൂടുതൽ sensors കൂടുതൽ complications ആക്കാതെയുള്ളു.എല്ലാ sensors നും ഏതാണ്ട് 30 degree അംഗിളിൽ sense ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റും. കൂടാതെ sensor ഗേറ്റിന്റെ അടക്കുന്ന ഭാഗത്തു വരണം. Receiver motor സൈഡിലും. എന്റെ gate അങ്ങനെയാണ് ചെയ്തതു. അകവും പുറവും sense ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. പ്രധാനമായും ആഴ്ചയിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് രണ്ടോ മൂന്നോ തവണ എങ്കിലും sensor check ചെയ്യണം.

First of all there is absolutely no need for a 500kg gate which requires a high Hp motor. Secondly in any case in addition to photo electric sensors are installed on both sides malfunction of a sensor could result in serious damage. As an added protection an overload protection circuit breaker must be in place with minimum current ( amp) setting . Adding a BUSSER also would provide safety

Instead of two sets of sensors, why cant the sensor assembly be fitted on the moving gate? That will solve the issue with one set. Also an audible alarm can be fitted while opening and closing for added protection, though that would nor have prevented this accident. A lift door like sensor would be better

മോട്ടോറിൽ ടോർക് സെറ്റിംഗ്സ് നല്ല ബ്രാൻഡ്‌കൾക്ക് ഉണ്ട്. ഗേറ്റ് ന്റെ ക്ലോസിങ് പ്രഷർ അത് വച്ചു സെറ്റ് ചെയ്യാം. എന്ടെങ്ങിലും object ഗേറ്റിന്റെ ഇടയിൽ കുടുങ്ങിയാൽ certain pressure മാത്രമേ ഗേറ്റ് മോട്ടോർ അതിൽ കൊടുക്കുകയുള്ളു. അത് ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ആയി ഗേറ്റ് open ആക്കും.

ഈ അപകടം നടന്നത് അറിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഈ ഒരു സാധ്യത ആണ് അപകടത്തിന് കാരണമെന്ന് എനിക്ക് തോന്നി അത് മറ്റുള്ളവരോട് പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു

സാധാരണ ഇങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ഗേറ്റ് ഓപ്പൺ ക്ലോസ്ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ മുകളിൽ ഒരു ഇന്റിക്കേഷൻ ലാമ്പ് ബ്ലിങ്ക് ആയികൊണ്ടിരിക്കും yello or റെഡ് ... ഒരു അവർനെസ്സിന് വേണ്ടി...

സുഹൃത്തേ ഈ ഗേറ്റൊന്നും 100%സുരക്ഷിതം അല്ല.... ഒരു മോഡേൺ ലിഫ്റ്റിന്റെ വാതിൽ അടയുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ലേ രണ്ടു വാതിലിനിടയിൽ ഒരു വസ്തു വന്നാൽ അടയാൻ പോകുന്ന വാതിൽ അവിടെ നില്കും... But സെൻസർ ഫെയിൽ എന്താ സംഭവിക്കുക... So the automation is good but if failiur chance and miss use ചാൻസ് more.. Dont give like this remot in childrens... This is the only solution... Sad news..

പക്ഷേ ഇതിൻ്റെ പുറത്തും സേഫ്റ്റി സെൻസർ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് കുറേ പുറത്തായാണ് അത് വണ്ടിക്ക് വേണ്ടി മാത്രം വച്ചതാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു .

Then other purposes and functionality will not work

There are protection circuits that can detect over current in the motor when facing obstruction and reverse the motor. It's the extreme cost saving mentality of Indians causing products to reach the market where safety is not prioritised.

Sensor മുന്നിൽ വന്നാൽ അല്ലെ കാര്യമുള്ളൂ.Sliding gate -ൽ കയറി നിന്ന് കളിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ഗേറ്റിനും wall - ലും കുടുങ്ങി പോകാനും സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്
