找上居下舖可以入 business for sale 網站上搵，有分 Freehold and leasehold 視乎區同位置，近 town centre 好貴。 又要視乎做乜嘢生意，乜類型的 business ？ 有些可能要申請牌照，又或者該舖已經有你想要的牌照。 有些樓上又未必可以住。。。。 總括比較複雜。 例如：大部份做飲食生意的，會盡量找已經有飲食牌照或仍然經營想轉手。 這樣比較易，冇咁複雜。

Mumma, 如果小朋友讀中學yr 8, Kent 邊一區會較易揾到好學校，而治安又ok? 謝謝🙏

@@joyceli1493 Kingston 只係Surrey 郡入一個埠。 而 Kent 係一個郡，好難對比。 Kingston 近 London 又係係 Surrey 入面，所以🏘️亦較高。
