something that can't really be explained at the moment. We woke up with the small jolt of the earthquake and when it started to accelerate, I thought I was going to die. I remember my mother shouting "don't be afraid" at the time of the earthquake. We were sitting on the first floor and as soon as the earthquake stopped we took our phones and coats and went downstairs. It was such a bad moment that it was raining heavily and my father did not get the car key in such a hurry. The shouts of people and the voices coming from the house at the time of the earthquake do not go out of my mind. At first, a lot of people were running outside, thinking that there would be an earthquake when the electricity went out. There are people who lost their lives around me. Thank you to everyone who helped us here.

ShakeMap is outdated btw. Fault rupture is much longer ,looks kind like french curve that is extend over to Antakya and also way more intense (Up to XII in MM Scale). Also depth for hypocenter is 10KM not 17KM.

It is tragic. mY friend lost all her family except her 2 year old niece.

I experienced this earthquake. worse than it looks. The thing I remember best is the sound from the underground and the moment when I couldn't stand and fell to the ground.
