Man, this song is so good. That classic danny b. Style with mikus voice is so damn good. Someone else said it in the comments, but it really does feel nostalgic. Like an instant classic you feel like you discovered years ago.

Took me way too long to realize it's a sort of cutsy anime reference to the much more graphic and gory aspect of the game where the gimmick is Cadence's still beating heart was torn out, which is why she's cursed to move to the beat

Remember to pay attention to how and where the monsters are moving instead of just keeping up with the beat, that's the mistake I often default to making so it's something I need to work on as well.
