That's the park where we chose the wrong direction and almost got lost. It was in late fall when it became dark surprisingly quickly. No flashlight, no special gear, nothing. _We're in town, what could go wrong, right?_ :)

At least in Lynn Canyon all the trails eventually lead to a road so you wouldn't have been lost too long. Sounds like you had quite a memorable adventure!

I use a GoPro Hero 11. I like that it's small and light and easy to carry on a hike for several hours. I mostly use a gimbal but sometimes handheld.
