This scene is living proof that the MCU is not dead. I don't care what the negative reviewers say. This scene deserves all of the credit it can get. ❤️😭

@@efranek And if the MCU still keeps getting good writers and Directors like James Gunn, it can still keep going. It's not dead. It's just in a coma. It needs another big unique blockbuster to wake up. After all. Starwars keeps coming back everytime we think it's dead. DC kept bouncing back every time we thought it was dead. Sure. The MCU's perfection is dead. Not everything it makes is going to be a hit. But that doesn't mean nothing they create from here on out won't be good. If they can still make Masterpieces like the Loki series. Spider-Man No Way Home. Wakanda Forever and even Guardians of thr Galaxy Vol 3. Than they can still keep going. It may not be utter perfection. But when it comes to live action Marvel films. It's all we got. So it's best to enjoy it where we can. And what we can get isn't all bad. This scene with Rocket is a good example.

I am very fond of animals.. My tears flowed in this scene. They abused and tortured them and killed them easily. 💔😥

Animal cruelty and child cruelty on top of it made this movie a hard watch for me too. I think a lot of people have soft spots for animals and children, especially adorable fuzzy animals like rocket and his friends. The GOTG creators knew how to impact the audience.

This is straigh up the saddest scene in all MCU, slightly above Spiderman's "I don't feel so good" and Tony's death.

Not MCU canon, but it ranks up there with Professor Charles Xavier caught in the grip of dementia and Logan dying in the forest in Logan.

@@DemonWarp65 They're good deaths, Logan is a great movie, Logan died with closure, being ok with dying having found someone to care about after so long (besides his only old friend) and Xavier died of old age i think? They were satisfactory deaths, that take away from the sadness of them happening, they were emotional for sure. Logan died in the same page that Tony Stark died.

Broke my heart, still does

My sister and her boyfriend were crying so hard throughout this movie. Especially her boyfriend. It was low key embarrassing how loud he was. Nah, but this scene was so messed up. I didn't cry, but it did nothing to help my mental state at all. Especially as an Animal lover.

Bradley said that he actually cried in that scene because it reminded him of his dad's death the sound he made was similar when he cried

You see She-Hulk Captain Marvel, Mz Marvel, Female Loki etc this is how you make the audience root for a character show their struggles and pain not just born privileged
