Can we use 75% cotton and 25% lycra for body hugging women’s fitness training shorts.
Nice how about polyester
I've recently received some samples from my manufacturer. Some of the latter samples have a shine / sheen to them that the earlier ones don't. These are all supposed to be 95% bamboo rayon and 5% spandex. What do you think is causing this shine? It's really not suitable for the garment so it's causing a problem. Thanks and great vid!

Lies again? Better Than Spandex
The common thing is you better ban them from your wardrobe. No more spandex nor lycra. It serves no purpose, and does affect your health. Same with polyester, although that maybe used for swimwear (better than nylon/spandex).
the best of it, is that one size fits all 😸
could you please elaborate on the construction of Stretch Fabric ??and how actually the spandex is added ??

basically there are 2 common way of fabric production- Knitting and weaving. Search in youtube, you will get many of those.

I was going to buy some spandex but then I researched if it had chemicals in it. Yes it does cancer causing polyurethalene.

Jersey is the type of Knit weave, where as Lycra & Spandex are both the fiber that the knit is composed of (or blended with). You can have a Cotton/Lycra Jersey Knit Fabric (4way stretch) or a Polyester/Spandex Jersey Knit Fabric etc.
