this bike model can go thru climbs ? like uphills

What's the difference in this and the Jetson Bolt? Besides the color and appearance of the middle area?

Hi there! The main differences are that the LX10 has 10" wheels, and the Bolt has 12" wheels. The Bolt is also Bluetooth compatible. The Bolt also has a max weight capacity of up to 265lbs, while the LX10 has a max weight capacity of up to 260lbs. The light in the front, is the headlight! This allows riders to ride safely when it becomes darker out. You can turn the headlight on and off with the headlight button located on the handlebars.

How do I change the rear tire ? It just randomly messed up after like a month and a half and it’s super hard to put a new one on

Hi there, if your Jetson is powered on but you still don’t see it in the list of nearby Bluetooth devices on your phone, here are some things to try: Restart your Jetson product by turning it off and then back on. Turn Bluetooth functionality off and then back on in the setting section of your phone. Restart your phone by turning it off and then back on. Great questions! It's important to protect your Jetson from water or moisture as water can damage the battery and lead to malfunction that puts the rider at risk. The LX10 can reach up to 15 miles on a full charge!

I'm getting 8-10 miles on a full charge my weight is 130 lbs definitely not for rainy days

Is it supposed to go faster when cruise control engages?

@@RideJetson on mine once cruise control is set when I let go of the throttle i can feel it accelerate like it goes 10 mph on full throttle then 15 on cruise control

For the LX10, to active the cruise control feature, you need to twist and hold the twist throttle for around 6 seconds.

Got question is the battery replaceable

Great question! The LX10 does not have a removable battery. However, all new Jetson products have a 1-year warranty. If you are experiencing issues with the battery within warranty, please reach out to us and our Support Team can assist you.
