I was thinking about getting this Munchen tote, I was wondering if you carry the small clutch on the shoulder, can the strap be detached from the large tote? I was hoping to see you detach the strap. Thanks for sharing.

Hi yogaqueen0830 and thanks for your comment! The strap is detachable on the inside and can be worn around the wrist. It cannot be carried on the shoulder.

It's holding up well! I've carried it maybe 8-10 times, but I have not traveled with it. I have concerns about it getting wet, so I don't carry it as often as other bags.

O no the water messed the canvas up I’m asking I got the backpack and fanny pack and Liz tote from the early 2000 and the canvas mayb a lot different now but mine been in rain and snow no problems but it was between this one and a crossbody I love big bags but the times we in now downsizing is good for safety
