I NEVER make comments on KZread..... I completely lost focus of this home and was literally dying laughing. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! This entire storyline took over as if it was an SNL skit on what people think its like being rich. HAHAHAHAHA!! Dude drives Ferrari and comes home to his hot girl in a penthouse. Girl gets a rich man who is always gone, leaving her in a dope house where she can scroll on the phone all day.

Show diversity in couples.. Since they are actors and not the real people who own this beautiful space. It helps people who are using these videos as inspiration to see someone who looks like them in some way. In my opinion.

Following the link I see this has had a 1 million price reduction and is now 6.5m. I guess the market for penthouses is quite tough... or this is overpriced!? Have to say it looks like an amazing apartment nonetheless. Obviously not if you have kids. More a bachelor pad.

I been to that place the top floor and 1 floor lower in February, it is actually not that good, that why they focus on the actor instead of the house. the penthouse is big however the wall placement and room design make a very awkward floor plan shape layout and they try to hide it by placing sofa, chairs, table & piano. It is great to enjoy outside city view but mostly at night, because it is burning hot during the day, and the sun shine in will blind you most of day time and have the shade down. Worst case opposite the living room balcony 2:31 there are another big building erecting, near the kitchen end wine shelf entertainment room is another construction, near the bed room 0:13 there is another one, guess you won't enjoy the penthouse view and privacy for long. For 7m price tag will drop to 3m.

And that's why it needs such good marketing video to sell at 7m. No product is perfect, but you can sell anything if promote it right. Maybe someone in Saudi Arabia just saw this video and bought over the phone. He might ask for the actress too. :)

Price? Of the apartment.

Yeah I get the "lifestyle" experience that they're trying to display here and I understand the coke ad reference. But what they're saying here is that it's too much. Plus, acting's actually kinda cheesy. Not the actors, but the acting. Plot. What the characters do. It's actually not the typical posh life that most home owners of that level of luxury properties would normally live. Lacks a sense of reality is maybe what they're trying to say as well.

People talking about the housewife... This is a fucking video, but if you want to read into things, saying this is sexist, when in-fact you're the sexist ones. Neither one of them are wearing rings, and this could be her place and she's talking the day off. The man could be her boyfriend, friend with benefits or a male prostitute that she allowed to take her car. Or maybe the male escort makes bank and that's his car! Or maybe they are both foreign spies and they plan was to make people post stupid comments about them, taking away from the place, so their government can buy it on the cheap!

Can you come in Paris La Défense to build this tower ? there is a lot of request for that but no offer ... only old building in central Paris for rich people, a lot of young and rich people want towers like that and the only area possible is Paris La Défense. Come on and show your show the French your know-how in quality high-rise housing because in France we have only the tower of offices no high-quality residential tower, with us this offer does not exist then even that the Paris area has a huge demand for housing

If the penthouse speaks for itself then why do you focus so much on the models? Why not just show the flat? Surely people with enough money for a 7.5m flat are not that dumb to be fooled into making a purchase by a couple of attractive models?

Creepy "acting" very narrow viewpoint... If your using them to showcase space maybe just have them walking through from behind or something. The "daily" POV shooting... too many tropes. Very flat

She cooked for both. And your comment seems sexist, not the video. But maybe it was her day off? Maybe she has passive income from somewhere? And what if it was the other way around, if he was cooking (for BOTH), and exercising, while she was out at work? Do both partners HAVE to work to make it not sexist? There is nothing wrong in the video. Heck, wish I could have that lifestyle depicted in the video, and let my wife taking care of herself physically and mentally and not worry about going to work every day to make a living.
