25 Cr ++ that is 78k per Sq ft.. I live in South Bombay even at my location price is 46k per Sq ft... These builders are just making fool in the name of fake luxury and their fake image.. Real price of this house should be 12.5 Cr for 3200 Sq ft.. BTW ❤ to code estate

​@@rogerstone953Ultra luxurious ?? 😅 My grandparents lives in that area on 20th floor in building... open google map and search " four season near worli jijamata nagar , worli naka " .. it is surrounded by slum .. it is not even closed to arabian sea .. this real estate developers generally jargon about their stuff .. we all know that 😂😂

the best part is we get the whole floor for ourselves and there portfolio is awesome too around the world 🙂

Only a fool would build a glass exterior building like this in a warm tropical city like Mumbai. Unnecessary electricity will be wasted in these glass houses for countering tapped heat. Homes shoukd take into account eco friendly and sustainable building practices
