The watch is now worthless on the secondary market, but this is not about money. This is just beautiful work, that's where the value is. Just looking at it is reward enough. Kudos to the master craftsman!! I love it. Money isn't everything. Beauty is.

Value is time plus materials, you can be subjective when it’s not your work but when I trained as a bespoke furniture maker you learn fast how to price your work or you don’t have a business or home anymore.

First of all you are not very smart. How much gold do you think he added to the watch? He also turned a very basic watch into a work or art. You do know that a ROLEX really isn't work what they charge for it don't you? It's all in your head. He added actual value to something that is otherwise mundane and a dime a dozen. There are ten's of thousands of Rolex's. There is only one watch like that. SMH.
