The highest any sane man should give for this house is 14M atmost. The cost for building such a house should not exceed 7.5M. 50 X 100 piece of land should be 5.5M with exploitation. Without it should be less. The houses are amazingly done but 18 M is extremely materialistic. God bless you all.

My rented house is 2 of these properties with a big garden. No sidewalk. No greenly only concrete. The way we black Africans build our houses is just greed.

Be careful when signing the sale agreement. A lot of grey areas. And don't believe those promises. A lot of lies. But the show house is good. Evans and his wife lies through the nose. The moment they get their commission you are left a lone!

The house itself is definitely well done..but the guy who did the show house furniture installations did a shoddy job..you can tell it was not an interior designer..please rip off that wall paper at the staircase,not in such a house!

This kind of house at 18m is total greed in the Kenyan Real Estate 😂. If it's about accessibility to International Schools and TRM this can be found in many parts of Kenya. In the case of Airport, it's not like people fly out everyday. That money is enough to get you a ranch with farm animals for extra cash, bigger and better house, and a nice fast and comfortable car to drive to the city when you have to.

My uncle owns 200 acres he got few years ago at 5m in the coastal region.I have 30acres next to his and working on doubling it by the end of the year. Your small town mentality of two goats and Naivasha being the only one you know shouldn't convince us to accept exploitation.

Living outside a capital city doesn't mean that your life is not soft. What you consider prime in the coastal region is mostly accessibility of the beach. Ranches don't need beaches, they are Agricultural lands less than an hour away from the beach. You are shouting about lambos which you don't own because if you did we would be seeing them all over the city. Stop being a wannabe, give a factual rebuttal to my argument. Making a 5m profit on a piece of land and house that costs 10m is greed.
