@@jjpp2216 - Things might be different there, I don’t know as they have some serious laws about building use, changes, new buildings, etc. I can tell you that most homes average 2-5% of the purchase price or value annually for a smaller home, and if the house needs staff, the percentage goes to about 10% really fast. So on this property the maintenance, taxes, caretakers ‘could’ be as high as $385,000 USD annually. Before you say no way, think of the expense of updating/maintaining roofs, plumbing, medical plans, insurance, retirement plans, etc. on an older property.

As a former real estate agent here in the USA and selling high-end real estate in Seattle, I have to say you are by far much more professional and knowledgeable about your properties than anyone I have ever met here in the USA. Danilo, your English is impeccable and you are a true gentleman. Keep it up. Highly impressed with your work and also tell your cameraman/woman that they are doing an amazing job highlighting each property.

I love how you always dress appropriately--dark trousers/jacket for the city, country/weekend wear for the country, light suit for a lakefront place, etc. Really wish you would have a style channel.

The inclusion of Mario, the long-serving gardener, was very special, Danilo, and a nice “human” touch that highlighted the unique garden aspect of the property...possibly a lovely boutique hotel by the lake will someday emerge, with so many desirable amenities, not to mention the location and memorable views...well done once more, young friend!

This is in my opinion, till now the most amazing property shown on this channel. The garden is fenomenal, the hours you could spend wandering around and enjoying all those plants and the view on the lake. The house, those rooms with the original paintings on the ceilings, so gorgeous ... The possibilities are huge in this property... To whomever is buying this property, I am already jealous. While Danilo was showing us around I could see already the finished rooms in my imagination ... Perfect property and location for sure, talking about a hidden gem.

What a Beautiful warm and charming place. The gardens are lovely. They have a lush quality. Those Large Royal Purple Irises are Beautiful. I am very impressed with them. Mario is a Great Gardener. That Villa is Beautiful too. A very warm and charming place. That is one of the most Beautiful Dining Rooms I have ever seen. This property has so much good going for it. A Wonderful Villa, lush Gardens, on the Lake and the Hills you can see in the distance. That fish in the fountain looked lonely by it self. Maybe someone could get another big fish like it to keep it company. You always impress me with your videos, and I am glad to see you looking and doing so well, Danilo. Thank You so much, Jeff

I love it when Danilo always say “tree” floors of the villas, which he meant “three”, but almost pronounce it like Italian “tre”. Danilo has amazingly natural hand gestures....I wonder he is just gifted or went some professional training with his hand gestures, so indicative and yet so naturally elegant!, or should I say elegantly natural!

For the price it’s absolutely worth it, flora,history and the luxury of space is so abundant here. Where I live 60 perch land costs 3.5 m€+ and it’s a concrete jungle.

Another “Magnificent” property Danilo, this for me is tied with the Grand Canal apartment in Venice, as top favourites in your growing portfolio, but this one would be the best value. P.S. U should sign an agreement with designer to showcase their clothing too, that is a beautiful suit. :-).

I would never expect such a garden in Italy ,it looks like a tropical or sub tropical garden.Wonderful property.Lake Iseo is beautiful and what I like with it that the prices are much cheaper there compared to lake Como but I prefer Lake Iseo to Como because it's less crowdy and also I fing much more exclusive.

A life's work of a garden that needs a lot more attention than a nice older horticulturist can do. So you buy a stylish, beautiful house that offers space for a large family with a penchant for nature and the willingness to submit to it. Only then will this new owner at Lake Iseo be happy with it. Danilo I have to say this is my favorite property that you have shown . The garden is a treasure to say the least. The villa as I see it needs little done to it . The view of the lake from the terrace I am sure would be breathtaking . Just the sort of spot to have a cup of coffee on the morning .
