I use this during work. It is so peaceful, soothing and literally takes you to any calm destination that you can think of. Imagine sitting at a raw beach, besides the big sea rocks, with waves splashing on it and cool breeze touches your cheeks. Close your eyes and imagine and you will realize that there is a beautiful smile coming up!
