There are a few lacunas which I have observed from my convenience point of view.They are as follows:. .. . 1 puja room should be on the ground floor adjustent to a larger hall where it can accommodate at least 25 persons for any satsang/children's birthday etc. . . 2.The staircase has 3 to 4 bends..The whole stairs should be in one straight line so that a one seater,self operated Lift can be fixed.This is very important because older members can come up with out straining.Sometimes younger members meet with accident and have difficulty in climbing due to crutches..... 3.Wardrobes in bedroom s do not Have proper spacing of shelves.The shelves must be adjustable so that a Punjabi suit Kurt's or a shervani or an English pant &jacket can be hung without getting wrinkled. 4.power plug points should be provided on all the walls also two way switch by the side of beds. .... 5.Ironing platform is missing. 6.Exaust fans are a must with proper lightning arrangement & a three pin plug near the side of mirror for using an electric shaver or for recharging. 6.Your Architect has done a good job.He should also make a room for a servant too. 7.A celler will give more flexibility.though optional.as it can be used as a hobby room. Most of the houses are located in colonies having overhead electrical cables, which looks shabby. car parking are mostly without shed.

1. बाथरूम में टाईल्स का काम Ceiling Height तक दिया जा सकता था। 2. Stair Wood Steps के साथ और भी बेहतर लगती। 3. Front Main Gate जाली वाला छोड़कर और उसके बाद वाला Glass Design देने की क्या जरूरत थी Security Week होती हैं। 4. Master Bed Room में Wooden Flooring दी जा सकती थी और Cost भी ज्यादा नहीं आता। 5. बाकी सब ठीक है। Excellent Design 👍👍

As Being a Professional Architect and PMC i would like to share this advice.. The outlet drain which generally reverse back water from AC creates Dampness and hence the Wall will suffer.

Size of toilets are smaller. The floor is very shiny and ceiling should be kept little cleaner and plain look instead of zig zag designs. Architectural concept is not bad but interior designer should have done sober job

Unbelievable seriously that's what we can't expect n the work is unexplainable......... thanks for sharing with us

Space wise planning is good but is lacking in some aspects. Though the kitchen size is pretty good there’s no space for side by side double door fridge and washer- dryer and dishwasher under the kitchen counters The wood work everywhere is too loud and gaudy. Wrong colour choice ( too glossy) . Lacks modern designing Being a hot temperature city there should be no wood panelling on the ceilings as wood is heat observant The washrooms though nicely planned are dark and gloomy. Woodwork designing on the wall mirrors and TV stands is not at all of present day concept. Hope you have used anti skid floor tiles in kitchen and washrooms

They don't have a clue who is the architect. He is just an agent of a real estate. They get commission from sales. These houses are not made by them. His job is to exaggerate at it's best. It's not in mohali. It comes under kharar not mohali.

Tumhara presentation theek hai par but after watching many videos, all presenters & all these builders are just bloody copycats. Kabhi location ka video banao. Pata chale jagah kaisi hai. After a while they are useless.
