When one goes to buy the house everything will be changed, first they would tell that all the falls ceiling, color, fittings, garage, electricity box, are extra, price will be atleast 65 lakhs, if asked , they will say the flat shown is only for ad purpose, donot stay in flat , rather go to outskirt, buy a land plot, construct a single roof house, you will save atleast 30 lakhs

Very good interior design and colour scheme, your voice is soothing to ears, only one minus i can see in this house which is the bathing area in the bathroom which has very less space and adjacent to the commode.

All things are here to be required ..such great home

Some are saying buy a land and build your own house. First of all understand that buying a land inside and around city is very difficult and too much costly. Land is only available at affordable rates (20k to 30k per square Gaj) omly in outskirts of cities and living in those areas is a nighmare. It will take next 10-20 years for that area to develop. So in order to get a house inside city and in good locality there is no option other than buying a flat. So both type of houses serves different purposes and different type of audience. And moderd working class individual always prefer flats.

Good video very well explain. But when u are on a balcony explaining about washing machine and water connection pls do not bring a new topic or do not change the y topic. Also pls pause for few seconds do not talk continuously. Good explanation.In the end the customer is waiting for the price and the monthly emi if 80percent loan is taken, but you did not mention the same. Please take care in future videos. This is extremely small flat , fittings hardly cost anything & of inferior quality.Master bedroom size is usually minimum 20'x20' ,no windows ,no cross ventilation. Live in a box n chill

It’s a Condominium and not a House. It’s a beautiful built, but missing Pantry, Center AC Vents location missing and how many Tons of AC units need to cool the Condo. Recessed lights are beautiful.

Lol look at the construction materials they used and its an apartment, that means you don't really own the land and these houses start to literally fall apart after 20-25 years. Basically it becomes dangerous to live in. Soo don't be stingy and build your own house. You can hire an interior designer after that to make it look fancy and shit. Don't trust builders because most of them cut corners wherever it's possible. All they need for an house to look decent for the 3-4 years and then you'll see all the faults. The walls will start to seep , false cealing will start to fall. (basically everything that isn't in front of your eyes is gonna fail
