It's nice they made a noticeable custom back for the freak barrel, for a gun of that price it should have a custom barrel you can only get with the gun , I was a fan of the window, added a nice hit of color to a gun if you color matched the sleeves to your colors but I really like the barrel on this .

This is so much better than the lwp video. The way it was set up, you couldn't see anything to do with the gun

They actually made it look real nice with the mill job and a cool upgrades , I understand there isn't much to do but they checked the boxes with this new model , wish I could say the same for shocker cause they dropped the ball big-time with that .

Looks beautiful, Is it me but does the asa looks like its more dropped or it slants downwards than the tm40 If you put a tank on both might notice laying them down side by side

I know what you mean, its because the front of it is skinnier which gives that illusion. I have my TM40 and my IDOL next to each other on the ground right now, and I've been fiddling with it all day. It's exactly the same and straight.

Luxe may have shorter threads but its not convenient to have one marker on its own to have its own thread. Annoying for me as i love all markers so i own alot of brands and my luxes needs either adapters or just using stock barrels can be irritating at times. Other then that gun seems sweet. Ive got a 2.0 OLED and a ICE been thinking about an x or tm40 as i dont think an idol will hit my bag for awhile. I think the IDOL will do well for you guys this year in the NXL hope its super reliable and allows yall to dominate this year 🤘🤘

I appreciate your input. I understand your frustration with the barrels and just having multiple markers with the autococker thread, I just believe as well as DLX does #blameryanmoorhead that the Luxe thread is superior to autococker. I hope you get your hands on an IDOL in the future as they are incredible after playing with her the past 2 weeks. ❤️ Thanks for the support

​@@RonnieDizonbeen saying it since the NXT Shocker. I get that people have barrel kits and most of them are Cocker threads but there is ZERO reason to replace the stock barrel on these guns.

They look really great, with one exception. The black ‘small bore’ and ‘large bore’ inserts are REALLY dumb and kinda mess up the Freak branding. With no window or colour coding there’s no way to know what insert you have unless you pull the insert out. I assume those black inserts will get ditched and almost everyone will use the proper XL inserts.

I’ll say this. If we limit paint in tournament series and have the need for less efficiency and more focus on the shot, we could see the “swoosh puffy” feeling you are looking for. There’s a trade off

@@Blackoutpb14 those are nice, smooth shot. but the current game the efficiency is the downside. DSR+: 7-8 pods and a loader per 68ci fill Idol: 10-11 pods and a loader per 68ci fill

@@RonnieDizon I’m getting like 11-pods from a 77 with the Im pro kit. So it’s very air efficient but the gun isn’t the smallest gun out there so that’s the trade off with the dsr+ really.

@@catfat375 to answer your questions, It’s not boxy feeling, maybe it looks that way. Shooting video coming right up And the hand logo was hand drawn by my designer. There are some that are similar but not exactly the same.

Heres a new gun. It does the same thing they all do...

$1800 and pre-production grip has recessed area for the screen that could affect gripping and eyes are still using ribbons. Come on DLX! Do better!
