Everyone in your company should be proud of what you have accomplished with these trailers. I’m saving for the future, my mind says buy the largest trailer I can tow with an F-350 or f-450. But it’s a heck of a lot easier to park a 35-37 foot trailer over a 45’. You guys are delivering something nearing that of a higher end class A motor home, meaning fit finishes and options.

Can go in more parks. That’s exactly what I think people would want to hear. My wife isn’t big on the bigger units. This size would do nicely. This is amazing for a 35'. Well done. I will have to look up the specs on this one. Its always a comprise for size/space and flexibility where you can go. This seems to beans the well with little comprises from a 38-40 foot. Also unlike most 35' class 5th wheels this is not crap.

Great tour! Thanks. Luxe would be my fifth wheel but the motorhome works better for traveling. I would like to suggest add a few electrical points to the tour. Here they are - where are the mess with AGM type and brand, inverter size, options for batteries. Also talk about wall dimensions, floor and ceiling thickness. Design suggestion, add a magnetic bar or Velcro along Windows for window blankets for cold days, that could be an option with the Arctic package. Thanks again for tour.

It is a walk-able roof, right? I'm interested in having solar panels up there. Will I need a 3500HD dually or a non-dually is sufficient for this coach? Where's the subwoofer that works with the soundbar? Not a whole lot of room in the master closet area when the washer and dryer's in. Overall, I like it! I may love it when I see it in person! Love that the whole coach is painted (Auto quality, right?) Lots going for this coach. I love that its size will be compliant to State and National Parks standards. Can't wait to tour the US from coast-to-coast with a coach like this! Thank you!

You will need a dually for this. A 1 ton single will pull it, but for stability, and to handle the almost 4000lb pin weight, you're going to want a 1 ton dually or even a step up (4500 or F450).

Beatiful rig. I just have one question about the closet that I don't get. The washer and dryer are on either side of the closet. The closet rod runs the length of the closet. How do you do laundry or even get in the closet if you have hanging clothes on the rod. It doesn't appear that there is anywhere else to hang clothing in the master bedroom. Am I not seeing this design correctly or would your clothing hang right where you would need to stand to do laundry?

Q's? Are propane slide outs available? It seems that there would be space with slightly taller doors; Pex pipes are wrapped, is this area also heated?; Baggage doors, you mentioned they are thicker, how thick? ; How is the spare tire removed? It does not appear to have a lowering hoist. Those tires are super heavy. ; Why do the exterior doors squeak so much when you move them? ; How thick is the exterior wall/R value? ; Is there a 120 outlet inside the long space below the TV? You mentioned that there is a power supply on the exterior, but that seems odd to have to run a power chord outside of the TV box. ; Tons of cabinets!!! ; Are those soft close roller shades? I see that you held them until they stopped. ; Are the seats heated/massage? ; Does the closer for the hidden compartment need to be so "clunky?" ; Soft close on the slide out drawers, but not on the cabinets... Why? ; Metal on metal clankiness on the shower head supply line. Could there be a simple silencer ring placed on the support ring that the hose moves through? ; Why are the "In-Command" and all other wall switches separated by soooo much space? Could those have been mounted closer together, and perhaps in another location so that they would not be so visually intrusive... that area would look better with a picture. ; Vertical toilet paper holder??? could it fit horizontally? ; That hallway window treatment looks like a shoulder hitter when someone walks through the hall. Could that have been recessed more, or have curved edges to help avoid a shoulder or head punch in the hall? ; The door on the port side washer/dryer opens the wrong way it would be much more ergonomic to open the hatch toward the front cap/shoe wall. Or is this not an option to switch the "hang" of the machine's door? ; The reading lamps above the bed appear to be very bright (in all directions). Would a directional reading light pair been more appropriate, or is this what Luxe customers are asking for? I'm wondering as to this because it seems that while one person reads, the other person may have a hard time resting with such bright light shining from the translucent shade on the lamp. Almost a dream rig! Seems like the best layout would be to have a smaller pantry where the hutch is and make room for a stackable w/d cabinet closer to the steps... that way the closet can be better made. Across from the bed definitely needs dresser drawers. I bookmarked your website. My question is... What is the round plate on the shower wall below the fixture handle?

Excellent unit with the comforts of home in the under 40ft, park friendly/over 40ft fee avoiding, package. One suggestion, knowing all Augusta/LUXE RV models have the benefit of nearly infinite customization, is to move the hutch further aft. From the video, it appears the hitch is 6-8 inches forward of the slide path. Those 6-8 inches would make a huge impact in the bathroom. I'm just a 5.9 145# man, but I imagine your customers are not always on the slim side. Lastly, still in the bathroom, delete the right under counter door. Build a cubby just under the sink and two drawers to the floor. A bathroom without drawers just doesn't work. Brushes, toothpaste, rubber bands, lotions and potions in tubes of all sizes, and other little odds & ends we somehow only need when we can't find them, require a drawer in the bathroom. Oh.... The auto-leveling would be better off in the same plastic housing mounted inside the pass-thru storage area. It's one less hole in side of the wall, one less seam to keep water tight, and the composite housing is easy to break and warps over time due to expansion and contraction. Which subsequently causes the paint to chip off the edges, crack/craze, and eventually loses its bond leading to peeling and or large pieces flaking off. Although new Sikkens paint is resistant to issues older coaches are plagued with, I am not sure the paint matters when it comes to plastic compartment doors and housing. That said, for every idiot like myself, there will be one or more consumers who'd prefer to keep the auto-leveling controls on the outside of the basement door. Luckily, unlike 98% of all other manufacturers, consumer thinking like me, can opt to have the auto-leveling controls mounted inside the basement. Hall window needs to be higher to avoid shoulders hitting the valance. Or raise the valance for the illusion of a much taller window. The roller shades could be adjusted to stop just shy of the actual top of the window. The wall board patter is very familiar. It looks almost identical to our old family trailer when I was a kid. 1978 Terry Trailer - Gold, orange, brown, and cream. It was an a beauty. Old even then. But an orange beauty. No reply needed. Just one man's observations on an outstanding top of the line 5th. Cheers!

Great coach but boring presentation. Observations - There is hardly any counter space in the bathroom; - Would love to see pull through trays in the basement; - Automatic lights in the basement AND in the propane tank bay would be nice.

Yes slide toppers are an option and a great choice to lengthen the life of the slide.

That's not a good price and still too long for most parks, but it is a good looking rig.

Under 50 thousand.... Yes...um looking for the impossible, but I'm willing to wait. I know several ppl that held out,band got what they wanted. Anyway, thank you

@@maddygutierrez7985 Just bought an 2019 Airstream 23FB for $64k out the door. Parked it along the coast for the winter and it got hammered with torrential rain, wind and cold nights. Yes even the coast can bring the trailer down to 37 degrees. It was bulletproof. Go Airstream you won't regret it. We will be upgrading to a 25 and IF you can I'd suggest that. Cheers.

What is so luxury about this? Just because of the sink in the bathroom and yet still using fiberglass shower and toilet? Get some ideas from jayco at least their seismics are getting a luxury shower!!!

Fiber glass bathrooms are used in homes, the one jayco has is plastic, looks like tile but is not. the toilet is ceramic not fiber glass

Im sure it’s one of the best but the price is too much for 35’

As a Montana owner, I respectfully disagree. My Montana, while well built, is not at the same level of quality these Luxe rigs are. Montanas are not designed for full time living like they say they are. We full-timed in ours and discovered serious lacks of insulation and heating capacity along with some shoddy workmanship that I've discovered and had to fix. The running gear on this unit is a significant upgrade to what comes on the Montanas, and if you were to equip a Montana to get as close to this as possible, you'd be looking at a 120K price tag.
