Thank you so much for this video! Does the unit need water and conditioner each time it is worn? If not, how often to wet and add conditioner? Also, when does the unit need to be washed with shampoo and kind of shampoo should I use?

Sorry for the delay in the response. I do the water and conditioner only when I feel it is necessary. Depends on how often you wear the unit. If it is getting too frizzy for you liking, then wash it. Not with every time you wear it though. You can use shampoo if you feel the unit has product buildup. For instance if you use mouse every other day, then you would need to wash. It’s human hair. So treat it like your own hair. And I just use Aussie miracle moist shampoo if needed.

Hi, thank you! I had to go back and look at the unboxing in the video. This was not a breathable cap.

I followed your method, but my curls turned out more coily than yours. I prefer the bigger curls like yours. Is it the type of brush that makes the difference?

How did the curl pattern last over time?

Good. And the curls are more defined after washing. But the messier the better.
