We have common heritage. Common culture, we are same people across the Indo Pak border yet we spew so much hatred at each other. Makes me sick. Just imagine Germany fought two wars with Europe and rest of the world and all that is behind them . They are well respected and get along great with each other .when will we grow up when will learn to get along.

I've been listening to this song from when it was released in Cocktail, always loved it. I used to scroll past this video seeing her in the thumbnail thinking that it would've been a cover by her because I thought that Masuma Anwar would be a guy. I'm amazingly surprised to see that it was sung by a woman. Legend.

Luttna saifal maluk- the singer has magical voice. She has beaten lata ,asha and noor jahan flat and is the best. Her vocals can match the pain loaded vocals of rafi and the great mukesh ji my favourite along with rafi sahib the exponent of melody. I wish she had been born contemporaneously with them to have sung duets with them.

Nice to see this comment. May I also suggest to see Nepal's famous ghazal, Gajaluti, sung by Pakistani singer Sara Raza Khan. It is there on KZread.She sung it in Kathmandu when she visited Nepal in 2018. Am sure you will enjoy.

As I studied in Lahore till 1947 with all Muslim teachers whose skills and dedication I have yet to see at 83 anywhere with highest moral standards and character, I like to hear Dr. Anwar luttna song every day and night in place of religious sermons that are all without vision, learning and emotional integration. She is great to word her thoughts, skillful words and surgical precision in writing her song. God bless her.
