Yan ang pinoy LOMI na favorite ko. Usually gusto ko soy sauce and calamansi ang condiments for my LOMI at syempre with beaten egg, optional add half boiled egg and green onion sprinkled when served. Sarap nyan!

BULALO is my husband’s favorite with bone marrow. Gustong- gusto nya yung utak from the BULALO. I love learning from the expert Chef Sandy Daza. With the help of pressure cooker 45 minutes to an hour, beef shank is tenderized/malambot na. Patis and calamansi and pampasarap, pero pwede rin soy sauce & calamansi with sili. Corn and cabbage add flavor to this dish.

Ngayon ko lang yan nakita yang ADOBONG DILAW. Turmeric is not usually in my kitchen as condiment. I will try it. I learned something knew to me. Thanks for your video. Nag-enjoy talaga ako sa Inyo. Masarap lahat yan. My Mom usually cook soup like BULALO or LOMI with Lumpiang Shanghai every Sunday.
