Nice filleted in fry pan bit of butter and lemon pepper seasoning in fresh bread can’t beat easy to catch and fillet

Yes, it will change the taste a fair bit, but Salmon is the better fish to bleed before eating. Do you like Tommy Rough or Salmon better?
