আবারো অস্থির হয়ে উঠেছে আলুর বাজার। সপ্তাহের ব্যবধানে প্রতিকেজিতে ৫ থেকে ১০টা পর্যন্ত বেড়েছে দাম। হিমাগারে যে আলু বিক্রি হচ্ছে ৪০ থেকে ৪৫ টাকা কেজি, খুচরা বাজারে তার দাম ৬০ থেকে ৬৫ টাকা। হিমাগারে আলু মজুত রেখে ইচ্ছামতো বাজার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করছেন মধ্যস্বত্বভোগীরা। কঠোরভাবে বাজার নিয়ন্ত্রণ না থাকাকে দায়ী করছেন ক্রেতারা।
The potato market has become unstable again. The price has increased by 5 to 10 per kg in the span of a week. The potato which is being sold in cold storage is Tk 40 to Tk 45 per kg, in the retail market its price is Tk 60 to Tk 65. The middlemen are controlling the market at will by storing potatoes in the freezer. Buyers are blaming the lack of strict market regulation.
